§ 3.6. Ordinances and resolutions.

Ordinances shall be adopted, amended, pleaded, proved, and repealed in accord with the general laws of North Carolina. The enacting clause of all ordinances shall be: "Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Carolina Beach." Ordinances and resolutions shall take effect upon adoption unless otherwise provided therein.
