§ 18-106. Declaration of policy; findings.

  • The council finds that the public display of sexually explicit material is adverse and detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the town's citizens, particularly minors, and to the peace and dignity of the town, and as a matter of policy such display should be regulated under the police power of this town, pursuant to general statutes of the state.
