§ 12-9. Businesses, removal of offensive garbage.

All persons doing business in the town shall keep their premises in a sanitary condition. Garbage, including fish boxes, decayed meat, fruit, vegetables or any other thing which attracts flies or creates offensive odors, shall be burned or removed.
